Is there any way to actually reach someone for help?

When I synced devices I lost all my gold bars. I have filled out the forms/ sent the emails without any response at all. I get automated email replies every single time telling me to come check out the community for help. I am assuming at this point that there really is no way to get problems solved and the community is simply a place to vent about stuff like this, but if anyone knows a way to actually reach a person who can help, I'd love any advice. Someone already suggested replying to the emails with "need help" but that just generated more of the same email responses.

    Sorry to hear about your gold bars lost, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) again that I hope they help you but it taken longer.

    You can also participate on Candy Crush Contests here that you can chance to win gold bars on this game (also win badges on your view profile)! 😉

    I'm sorry to hear you put you through that process of automated email replies. I hope the future brings us a better process

    Here in the Candy Crush Saga Community we are players just as you. I also have lost gold bars and that is a very unpleasant experience for anyone

    I can suggest if you have your game is saved, log out of it and close the program for a minute and (even turn off your device & restart it); then open it and log back in, also try clearing the cache. Then play a couple of level to see if your gold bars return

    Are you serious right now. The person lost gold bars , could possibly have purchases them and you are telling him he can enter competitions to get more and have no regard to the ones he has lost , what a*, money have been exchanged, you are in a legal contract to solve any issues regarding in game items that could potentially have been purchased
