When I synced devices I lost all my gold bars. I have filled out the forms/ sent the emails without any response at all. I get automated email replies every single time telling me to come check out the community for help. I am assuming at this point that there really is no way to get problems solved and the community is simply a place to vent about stuff like this, but if anyone knows a way to actually reach a person who can help, I'd love any advice. Someone already suggested replying to the emails with "need help" but that just generated more of the same email responses.
