All my boosters have disappeared. I have not changed devices at all. I have spent a lot of time collecting them and would appreciate getting them back. Please help me.

No - neither of those things. I have found out since that there was an issue with the memory on my ipad. My boosters were gone forever unfortunately.

@Leonie Did you game crash or did you need to reinstall your game?
Hi Leonie, sorry for the delay in responding. Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
I can try to elevate this to a King Admin who might offer further information.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
