i need help logging in with facebook

i was logged into facebook on my device but it logged me out and now it wont let me connect again. it's saying "Sorry you don't have access to the kingdom right now. Please try connecting again later". it's been doing this for a couple days and i dont know how to fix it. i tried uninstalling the app and redoing it on my computer too but i cant open candy crush on my computer with facebook for some reason.

@Kaite I have checked with our game team and this does appear to be a problem which is impacting a few of our players. They are investigating now and I hope to have an update for you shortly.

Hi Kaite, thank you for writing us here on King Care. Is it still happening? If so, first clear the history on your mobile device. Then shut it down, wait 10 seconds and reopen it again. Open the game and log out of Facebook and log back in. Please let me know if this works for you and if it doesn't let me know and we can try to find another resolution.

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
