I am having the same issue- earlier on closing the app and reoprning would help but not anymore= i am using windows 10. anything one can do to fix things?

Yes, it is the same issue the RJMchammer is telling about but closing and reopening the game didn't work from the begining for me.

And it's going of fora a week or so...

Ok,so look into the problem and fix it quick cause it is impossible to play the game that way

Today I play a new episode on Windows 10 App from another desktop PC that had not been used for a few weeks. The graphics was so perfect that I thought the issue was fixed. After completing about 10 levels, I closed the App to take a break. When I restarted the game, the graphics goes haywire on new and past levels just like my other desktop PC.

Yep - having the same problems as above. I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled several times (losing gold bars, etc every time) and it's been ok until I've stopped playing but as soon as I start it again the original problem is back.

I load a game and several of the pieces look like ziploc bags, random other colors and looks. But not like candy. Hope the pic helps make it clear. The things that look like covered up color bombs are actually candies in a cage. I don't know what the ziploc bags are. The center white square is a color bomb. The blue square in the lower right is a wrapped candy. The orange ones with the black lines, I'm not sure what those are supposed to be. These just sort of started popping up on my screen. Windows 10 machine on Chrome.

Where are they on fixing this issue? People, including myself are still having trouble and it has been silent from support for several days.

This is the exact problem I've been having. A fresh install works for a few levels and then back to this. I've lost gold bars, hundreds of banked lives, boosters. I win 90% of the episode races, and I haven't won one in a week. King needs to fix this and compensate us. I'm pretty much ready to find another game to play.
