I'm on a desktop, its been doing the same thing since yesterday. I followed her instructions as well, it did not fix the issue. closing the chat isn't the answer. figure out the issue, its not a player problem

What happens if you try to make the size of the screens smaller. Try zooming in and out. Does that make any difference? Is it only the colour challenge popup filling the whole screen?

Its so large there is no way todo anything but close out the game
I am having the same problem!! This Spring Collection keeps coming up and the window is so big, there is no button to continue, nor can you collect your prize. The leader board comes up all the time!! The only way to get out of it is to close out the game and bring it back up again. Please fix this!!

We have reported this and the studio is looking into it! In the meantime, what might work is resizing the window so that it looks like a phone on portrait mode.

Why does my screen keep changing to a 'Qualifier' screen which is a ranking order (of which I'm 6!) but has no means of escape. I can't finf a way out of it?
Exactly really need to fix this. Its is getting old having to close and reopen after every level passed.
I can't claim whatever I won on this because I can't scroll down or up to close or accept the springtime collection item. I have to close the app and restart to get away from this screen. I use the app I got from the microsoft store using windows 11
