So I won the Candy Royal last week and today again. I should get 2x500 gold. Yet I did not received anything. It’ s quit upsetting…Does anyone knows about this bug? I wrote to the Help Center last week but they did not reply :(. Pls someone help me

Some players are experiencing this glitch for no apparent reason! If it continues, please contact any of the MoDs or CM's, so that the issue can be looked into👍️

when I open candy crush the task bar comes up on the screen and does not go off I have to keep turning WiFi and mobile data off to play the game but when I go to the next turn the task bar comes up and does the same thing.

As shown in the picture, the screen gone grey and frozen when the lives are running out… no matter I restart the app or my phone.
it’s been months that my booster wheel doesn’t work. It keeps saying connection issue but my internet was fine. I could access everything in other apps. Recently, I was trying to use the gold brick to buy some boosters but it keeps loading forever and unable to show the purchase page.
