Are you playing on an iPad or a tablet? I think if you tilt your device horizontally, you should see an X to close the screen.
If you cannot close the screen even then, please post a screenshot of that pop-up, so that we know for sure what's happening?

Sometimes, this glitch happens when we play on Windows10. All you have to do is to take the game off from "enlarged screen", and you should see the X to close the event👍️

When game opens, everything is fine until it displays the progress level which turns to full screen and cannot close or play the game at all!

I am having the same problem!
This Spring Collection keeps coming up and the window is so big, there is no button to continue, nor can you collect your prize. The leader board comes up all the time! The only way to get out of it is to close out the game and bring it back up again. Please fix this.
