I no longer have my lives!

Also, my Grand Prize Weekly Contest, I had finished first for two weeks and this would have been my third week to get the Grand Prize Weekly Contest! Now I am having to start all over again!

Can someone fix this for me or help me to fix it! Thanks.

    Hi, I just had the same yesterday. Just won and claimed my 2nd weekly contest. Then it showed me a 'claim' button again then it said bad luck and removed my 2 wins.

    Very frustrating and annoying. Is there anything I can do?

    Same here. All of my lives were gone and also all of my daily treats after a vacation of only 6 days. It was all full prior to that. Very sad.

    Once again you had a contest to collect the most purple candy!! I was 30000 ahead with 1 hour to go. When I got on after the contest was over it wasn't on my event page any longer so needless to say I also didn't get my reward I worked on all weekend!!!
