I’m not getting advertisements for free moves of bonuses, why?

I’m having the same issue nothing for over a week now yet my girlfriend gets them constantly I don’t understand

I have been playing for years and have never had the video ads for bonuses or additional moves, how do I get it activated?

When I loaded it onto my phone, I had loads of opportunities for ads and stuff. However, I don't want to have it on my phone, and on the PC, there is nothing.

I used to get the daily video thing both of my I pads and mobile phone but the only thing I get now is the ten extra moves choices

Please fix this I am so disappointed and discouraged I’m on level13363 and I’ve had enough and ready to give up playing candy crush for good

I’m having the same issue. No free bonusses, no ads to watch to get free lives or other stuff. My boyriend gets them constantly. I want this too 😭

Only option is to write a review in the App Store whether it’s android or iOS. So that others will read and not play.
