I've used zero lives until this evening and went to add my first 5 lives, but it shows a count down of over 5 hours?
It's not a glitch. They have changed the counter so that it starts at 20/20 and when you use a life, it gets subtracted and the count goes down. Basically, reverse of what it was.

So, we have a new update regarding the lives issue you have been reporting. A couple of days ago they changed the lives by adding a timer, so you can see how long you have until you can use new lives. Additional to that we have changed the way the lives are counted down. Before it counted upwards from 0 to 20 and with the latest update it now counts downwards from 20 to 0. (check the image for reference).
Do you think this is clear enough or was it easier to understand before the new update?

The timer will only appear after the daily limit is reach, which is something you have already got use too.
The timer is only a visual representation that will allow you to know how much time you have to wait to be able to accept lives again.
During the implementation of this feature there was an issue that prevented the normal claiming of lives. The studio already fixed the issue and you should be able to claim lives normally.
I have not been able to use additional lives sent to me from other players for 3 days now. It shows that I have used the daily amount of 20 lives and it is not rebooting. Very frustration. Any suggestions. I don't know how to logout. This is happening on my PC not my phone. My phone is fine.

This is the second day that my 20 lives haven't reset. It's putting me off playing. Please help
I don't have atimer. It just says that lives will reset after midnight. It did that up until the most recent update, which I did on March 14th. Now I am stuck with it showing all of my lives have been used. I notified King and they told me all the steps I should do to correct it. None of them have helped. I was told to clear the cache and data in the app. I cleared the cache but if I clear the data I will lose everything!

what the hell is going on now!!!! first there was a timer on the number of lives you could use. I had 197 lives saved now i only have 26 without using any of them. in addition to that it shows that i have used 20 today' impossible, since i just logged on.this game is getter worse by the minute.with all of the negative comments you would think King would do something to fix all the problems
I get it now. The counter starts at 20/20 lives and when you use one, it counts down to zero instead of counting up.
Good morning Since this morning, my lives are stuck at 20/20 until now my lives reset to 0/20 at midnight. what is the solution to fix this bug, because I can no longer use the lives sent by my friends. Thank you in advance for your answers.
hi, i thought the same thing when i logged on this am. however, it has been changed so you use a life, and it will show 19/20. so the numbering system is now the other way around. :)

I wanted to use extra lives yesterday and found mine was showing 20/20 used even though I hadn't used them. They are still showing the same despite the description for this part of the game saying that it resets at midnight.
Please can this be investigated.

Hi, i have checked on facebook and on my mobile, and neither have reset to 0/20 overnight. they are both showing 20/20, which were the 20 i used yesterday. Has the time changed from midnight for the reset, or is there still a bug on this part of the programme?
