Don't get too bogged down with this game. It's not worth it. Try giving it a break for a day or so.

Yes I hope so. Everything you are saying seems true. I notice once I finally beat the level that I am stuck on the ones that come right after are easier.
Hi again, @Deal_One . I note that you get stuck a lot in levels that SHOULD be possible to pass. I have replayed many of the levels you have got stuck on and cannot pass them myself now, though when I first did years ago, they were much easier. King have made passing some of the worst levels harder. They can do this when they update the game: They control who gets a so-called "lucky board", i. e. after how many tries they let players pass. I can see on the YouTube videos that these hardest levels were often passed with a "lucky board". For example the very first move gave the opportunity to create a colour bomb.
The developers control what candies drop at the top with computer algorithms, and it's not bad luck that you are often left with just one or two more jellies at the end. It's deliberate, so that players buy gold bars. Some players have even reported that they get more lucky boards after a purchase. That may or may not be true.
King seem to have stopped giving out lucky boards altogether for the moment, no matter how many tries, that is why you are stuck. Don't worry, you are not alone. If everyone complains maybe they will make levels easier again with the next update. There are a lot of furious players out there in the community, so let's live in hope they will change things.

And you can still earned more boosters (gold bars) by in-game features/events (also contests) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels.
