When was the last time you logged in to the game? The issue with not being able to use lives got fixed today around 11:00 CET!
Have you checked the game after that and are you still not able to use lives?

I logged on this morning and it still had the countdown. I refeshed the game and then it said I had used 20 lives when hadn't even played.

Something we have already got used to? We didn't have any choice, we are not used to it we are stuck with it!
The bug isn't fixed for me either, I've not been able to claim any lives for over 24 hours. Will you please stop messing about with things and making it almost impossible to play and when we do find issues, don't insult us by making comments like the one above and listen to what the players want out of the game!

Since the new update on PC, my inbox says I've used all 20 lives for the day and it's been 3 days now. Anyone else have an issue like this?

This morning I used 3 lives, but when I checked again it reported I was at 17/20. How to correct?

Yes! I have had the same problem after the most recent update. I contacted them and they gave me the usual steps to take to correct it and nothing worked! They said to go to settings and clear the data in the game also, which will delete all of my progress, gold bars, lives etc!

My lives didn’t reset at midnight. Did something change? 🤷♀️

Hello Debbie, 17/20 is correct. The life counter now counts down instead of up. That is, twenty minus three equals seventeen. I hope that makes sense.
