Booster rewards are now timed???

It appears any boosters we win are now timed rather than having them added as a booster to use when needed. I'm really disappointed with this change. Slowly but surely King is taking away any incentive to play the game.

Hi all! Can someone help me regarding the unlimited bonuses - ie: unlimited hammer for 5 minutes or unlimited lives for 30 min and so forth.
Question is, when I win something, it activates the minute I win it. Is there a way to choose when to activate it? Late last night I finished a tough level I was stuck on, I somehow won 3 unlimited boosters for the next 15 or 30 minutes. I did not click anything else, just closed the game as I was done playing, but the boosters were gone when I came back on. It happened one other time where the time started immediately, I had no choice but to keep playing or let the timers run out and lose the boosters.
If anyone can help please :) Thank you in advance!

All of my boosts have been removed. How can I get them back?

Did you log out of your game? Your boosters are stored on your device and if you log out you lose them.

Sorry, I meant if you log out and then log into a new game or on another login. Also if you delete the app and then reload it your boosters get lost. Your gold bars are linked to your login, so you should never lose them. That's what happens to me on a King email account. It could be different on Facebook.

It comes and goes in my game. I think they are just testing it out at the moment. Sometimes I get timed boosters and a day later it's back to how it used to be and I get boosters to store for use later. For the record I hate timed boosters, too. They are useless on a lot of levels and can be even unhelpful on some! Besides, you have to be sure to have the time to use them in the timeframe. Not much use if you have a busy life.

Hi there. I am afraid that is what happens when you gain timed unlimited boosters. That's why I hate them. If you win them in events, such as on the chocolate box don't press Claim, but if they just pop up in the game there is no choice. Play another half hour of your life away or lose them. This feature has annoyed me for years!

I agree. I don’t think King wants us to play and enjoy the game anymore. I want to use my boosters when I need to, not in a short 10 minute or so time slot. First they decided to remove the landscape option (although this has mysteriously reappeared this week), and now they are messing around with the boosters.

You are absolutely right, @unhappygirl . The timed boosters, limited lives from friends, the new map that makes it even harder to scroll back to old levels, and of course the way they deliberately change the levels every weeks to make them harder if not impossible to pass, countless changes just to make the game more frustrating to play. All these changes take the enjoyment out of playing. King don't actually care if lots of us drop out because of the frustration , so long as enough addicted players remain who spend money on the game.
