There are three stages to load your game. The game gets stuck on the last page and won't load so a player can play. I walked away for more than 30 minutes and it was still stuck in the last page of loading.

Does this happen with both Blossom Blast and Candy Crush? What is the device, how are you connecting and are you using a King or Facebook account?

I've had this issue before and it's very frustrating. I click on the butterfly but it's not being counted. Last time I had this happen it didn't count my last 2 butterflies so I didn't get the reward. Today it didn't count 1 (so far). Can you tell me what's going on and that this issue will be fixed?
