Who achieved highst level of candy crush saga & which level

Im on 3104 some of the levels are ridiculous. Can take a week to complete 1 then u can do 6 straight after it. Would be nice to keep it at a steady pace. Ive never won the jackpot on the wheel either. 

Are there really 8000 levels? I am only in 1737 haha

Have you figured out how to beat this level? There must be a trick. I had to purchase unlimited lives and have been playing the same level for over an hour and can't come close.
