I was a second place qualifier in the allstar competition and was having a problem with the ads not rewarding so i was going to uninstall & reinstall but i guess it wasn't saved. Help! Someone was asking for old emails from the old games. I have a few. So will that help
The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Have you lost your levels, are you back on level 1? If so, please have a look at this article about recovering your progress.
In case you didn't have a King account or played connected to Facebook, it will be trickier to recover some of the features...as a last resort, you can contact our Player Support team and they'll have a look at your account. You can also send them screenshots of older emails 😋
What is it they need from the older emails?

I'm not sure if you're talking about written emails or about email addresses, but both could potentially help:
If it's older email addresses- sometimes we create an account with an old email address, then we forget about it and are "locked out" of our own account. The Player Support team can check if there's a King account connected to those old email addresses.
If it's older emails you sent to Player Support- well that could maybe also help find your old account; the team could search for those emails and check if any account was mentioned.
It's worth a shot! But maybe you're lucky and don't need any of that, if you can solve the issue on your own following the directions on the article.

Hi - I’m sorry that happened to you. You didn’t by any chance take a picture of either the leaderboard or of the event showing you qualified did you? It is always worthwhile to take a screenshot of something like that, not only to share with your friends and the community but also it is very helpful for the studio when trying to help a player out.
