We have seen many of you asking for help with levels you found hard or impossible to clear. So we have now created this thread to gather all the feedback and make it easier to help you!
You may have cleared a level someone else has a problem with and can share how you manage to pass it?
You can also look at Johnny Crush's videos on how to clear the levels you are stuck on.

There wasn't a update available, mine updates automatically.
I tried it without boosters and I didn't pass. Pay attention to the corners for 3 bomb color matches and maybe try for wrapped/stripped in center to activate bobber fish.

I think this level looks worse at first sight than it actually is. A starting colour bomb and wrapped and striped candy might help here if you have any boosters, or try to make special candies as early on as possible to hit into the fish dispensers. Matching a colour bomb with a wrapped candy is best, but striped with wrapped candy hit well into the bombs and fish dispensers, too. A lucky board will help of course.
I can’t remember what level number I did before but I had cherries 🍒 on 1 pad but I had gummy dragons 🐉 on two different game board
The new map is horrible! My shoulder, elbow, forearm and wrist hurt from all the swiping. If I have the old map when I log in I'll play. When I leave the page it switches over to the new map and I stop playing. I'll login a few times during the day and if/when it switches back I'll start playing again.
What you have described is glitch, it's not meant to be like that. Other players have reported similar problems with cherries not dropping when they should on totally different levels. The latest update should get rid of any glitches. You might end up with gummi dragons instead of cherries, but they play just the same.
If any one can please help me out how on earth I am supposed to finish level 3057 it has 13 moves and fish 🐠 and bombs 💣
I thought my phone should update automatically, I'll check it out. Checked and there's no updates.
Are you saying if it's not updated it's not going to drop what's required to win the level?

Level 5000, To collect the frog you will need to feed it with candies of the same color. When the frog is full it will start pulsing and you can move it wherever you want. Keep in mind that in this level you will have to move the frog five times to complete the order. Please check this video for help
Wait until it is pulsating or flashing than you click on it to move anywhere on the board.
I think make a sequence with same color candies..
@Johnny_Crush You are right, of course. Clearly you have the knack of being able to spot a lucky board and know how to take advantage of it. I know you said before that you don't use cheats, so you must spend a lot of time playing through these levels. I can't do that because I am starting to get joint pains from too much swiping now, so I won't be able to participate in these discussions much longer. Swiping back to the lower levels from up in the 13,000 is - quite literally - a pain! (I wish they would introduce a search button, but I guess there is a reason they won't do that). It's a shame really, because I actually quite enjoy playing Candy Crush again now.
what do you do to the frog to remove him
These levels are getting harder to pass. Not enough moves unless you get a lucky board. The YouTube videos make it look easy. They must get a lot of lucky boards.
I am on 4973 but I have experienced this problem on other levels as well. I cannot make any moves because of the ice but the board does not seem to know that I cannot make any moves. A candy keeps bobbing like I’m supposed to play it, but I can't play it because there are no candies around it that it can match with under the ice. I have had to quit a game because I can't do anything. Please help!

@kiara_wael @kiara_wael the cherry never dropped. I had at least 6 moves left, used those, watched ads for 3 moves and a UFO and still didn't drop. I wanted to keep my win streak and only 15 people left in CR so I paid 16 GB for 5 moves and it never dropped!
At least 14 moves and it didn't drop. My win streak is gone, 16 GB gone and whatever I could have won in CR.
This happened a couple days ago on another level too. Knew I should have said something the first time it happened.
I get so tempted to quit. Level 13666, 22 moves, no gold to buy extra moves. As I've stated before, I'm over 70, just playing for something to do. Can't put money into buying stuff for a game. It's not fun when you're stuck a week or more on the same level 😒

In the video below, made after the one you mentioned, I didn't have the opportunity to make a special candy that could have hit the cake bomb in the very first move. So, the lucky board doesn't necessarily "looks good" at the start of the level.
There is the same amount of jellies, it is counted differently now. It used to be counted by number, now it is counted by layers, in fact 126 is the double of 63 😀😀😀

From level at almost 13000 my level jumper back to level 20 on 05/12/2025 Can you fix it?
