I agree! I reached level 10,000 and got the banner! That’s it. I was very disappointed. Now I also have no bonuses, no extra spins at the end of each game I play- only free spins that cost gold bars! So much has changed since my great win streak- it’s like everything has been turned off. To even pass one single game takes me days now. Last week I did over 100. What is happening with this game…so disappointed

Anyone notice ? I’ve won being first to finish first 3 times and rewards not given. In discussions with customer care they tell me it is “weekly”. As usual it is made out to be my misunderstanding but can anyone see where in the photo it says “weekly”! This is now the third time rewards not paid out! What a con!
I will say they “gifted me one time” stating as a kind gesture. Not admitting rewards were not paid out. So I was on top this time and sent photos as proof and NOW told it is “weekly”! That word is not in the advert. I’m so over the scams on here. The million gold bar debacle was bad enough but they just don’t get fairness!!
