When I try to send a reply to posts my comment doesn't get added to the threat when I press the "send" button. I have noted that here is a tiny box in the left hand corner of the screen stating that my comment will be appear "after it has been approved". And then it never does. Can anyone explain to me what this means? Has this happened to others?

Some of my posts have been sent for approval and when I asked why I was told it was down to keywords. Some words aren't allowed to be used in our comments and if we use one of them our posts are sent for approval. Unfortunately we haven't been told which words are on the list and our CMs don't rush to approve the posts.
Additionally we have been told that editing a post too many times too quickly can result in a post being sent for approval.

Hey that worked... I am hence non the wiser.
I did wonder about keywords myself, @Alienscar , but the weird thing is that when this happened to me I then repeated the same post with the same wording without using the "reply" function, and that sent straight away. I am an obsessive "editor" when it comes to anything I write, so that could well be the answer, thank you for clearing that up. I wonder why they do that though. Aren't we supposed to think what we write before we post a comment?

To be honest @christinewupp I am not that clear on the details as I don't think we have ever had a truly definitive response as to why our posts get sent for approval.
I think, but I don't know for sure, that the powers that be have linked excessive editing with spam like behaviour.
Maybe @QueenB or @Novapichu could provide us with a list of keywords to avoid, or explain why editing is considered 'bad'
