Why can't i enjoy this sweet cinema, i really want to gain more gifts, reinstalled this game... Played om other mobile,but i cant enjoy this option, help me out how to make changes? I always get this

That's what happened to me! I purchased ONE time a few months ago after playing for 9 years. I INSTANTLY lost Sweet Cinema, Air Balloon, and Ads for Extra Moves. I struggled for weeks to pass a few more levels using all the boosters I had left, but quit on Level 13369 as it is impossible to pass without boosters. Never again will I spend cash money on this game.. I started over completely using a new King account with a new email address rather than playing through Facebook. I now have all of the above features and am almost to Level 5000.
I am afraid they have taken this away from a lot of players. They want you to pay money to play. Only few players get Sweet Cinema now. If you spend money on the game you probably won't get it back.
