I have had numerous over charges when purchasing bundles

I have had numerous over charges when purchasing candy crush bundles most recently I purchased a bundle for £6.99 and was charged £12.96 and did not receive the bundle ? I want my money back , this is one of many over charge incidents I have been victim of and still not received any bundles !!
