The rewarded ads feature in Candy Crush Saga is not working for my iPhone device. It seems to have disappeared.
Looks like they are so used to everyone complaining about losing the ad feature that the bot automatically answers any question with the cue word "ad" with the usual "test feature" palaver instead of actually reading what is being asked. Just goes to show no one out there is actually reading these posts.
The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

It seems like I spend most of my time watching ads, especially Temu. It won't allow me to click or of them either. Often times I'll get the exact same Temu ad 3 times in a row.

Same here. I get no ads, no boosters or extra lives. I think it has something to do with cookies for persnalised ads if you donot exept that you get nothing. I also play candy crusch soda an I exepted all cookies. And yes I get Ads, Extra movements, boosters and lives. I wished I how I can change all the cookies
I have read that lebraty.shop may not be a trustworthy company. Maybe King shouldn't use this company in their adverts, but your issue must be resolved by lebraty, surely, not King. @kiara_wael do you know who to contact at King to report this?

It used to be a much, much better game years ago. No wonder you are disappointed. It is so different now. You are right, being stuck for weeks on one levels is not fun.
Yeah ok, funny how BUY this and BUY that is readily available. I’ll wait a bit longer before I uninstall the game, because it surely isn’t FUN to move 1 level in 2 to 3 weeks!
I stopped playing this game 10 yrs ago and recently started back, maybe that wasn’t a good idea! 🙃

Thanks for that link, @Alienscar , that was really very interesting to read. Your reasoning is very well put and I agree. I do however think that rather than using the "test" answer as an excuse, King really ARE testing. But there is only the one thing they can test, and your argument about King not having any data or feedback from individual players supports this theory: They can test who spends the most money. Anyone with a player account is monitored for how much money they spend on the game. All that King have to do, and in fact all they CAN do, is find a correlation between money spent and events allocated to each individual player. They have that data, millions of us. They can't monitor player satisfaction directly. I'm not even sure if it's easy to monitor how many players drop out and quit out of frustration. But they do know who spends money.

Hi, I used to get the ads all the time and then Nothing! Everything stopped just like that 2 weeks ago. I lost all my gold bars, lost my 21 weekly win streak. I’ve gone from 1st to last and wasn’t able to complete the series to Claim my Chocolate box with the gold bar reward. It’s been so awful. I used to love playing a few times a day and advance. Now I barely get 3 steps forward a week. I was told the same response regarding the test feature. I get 1 ad maybe 1 time a day- and that’s it. I’m soooo frustrated- how the heck am I going to play in the All Stars which starts tomorrow???
please bring the ads back so we can play! I’m really sad things have turned out like this

I’ve just got the ads back. When I just loaded the game to play I had a message appear saying that they had detected that I didn’t have the ability to enhance my game, not exactly those words and I didn’t take a screen shot, the link given took me to my profile page and the privacy and security settings. After clicking on ‘allow all’ the ads have reappeared. I don’t know if that’s the case for everyone that lost them recently but maybe worth a look in profile settings.
There is nothing you can do to force adverts to appear in your game. The features are randomly delivered by King and you either have a feature or you do not. This doesn't mean you will never get adverts it just means you haven't got them right now.
