Can't connect to app store, can't connect to game account

Hello, today in candy crush i found my account is logged out, i am not able to connect with the email and password. It says "connection error please try a bit later" also i am not able to connect to the store. i tried to the forgot password but i dont receive the email. my iphone connection is working fine as i can browse on google, and also app store works in other games. Anyone one could help?

Also i didn't get the pop up to link my community account with the game account.

I tried to log in into android tablet and it's a success, but on my iphone it's not working. But in android i don't see the all star tournament. So if i delete and install the app on my iphone i'm afraid il will lose the progress in the all star tournament. What should i do?

Also if i try to ask for live from friends in the app a message appear : restart required. dont delete or uninstall the game.

How do i restart the app? without losing my progress and boosters?
