I reinstalled my game (same device, just reinstalled the game) and I lost all my boosters and it's still playing like molasses in the winter. What gives?

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

I am not a techno geek. But it sounds like you are having storage issues on the device that you are using. I would try to free up some storage space and clear out your cache memory. It might make your game play smoother.

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
