Adverts feature is not there in my game after 9 years.

After 9 years of playing candy crush and using adverts everyday to get through the tough ones. First time ever... Adverts have disappeared totally for last 4 days... Not even one advert for booster or extra moves. Was on a super hard level and stuck there. Earlier they would appear now and then throughout the day... But nothing now. Seems unfair as it was always there and its frustrating. Whereas my friends have it even now. How can it be turned on. Please help.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Test feature for 9 years??? Kindly start the test again in my account then. As now it is not fun when one is stuck with no help.

Yes it's a laugh isn't it all we keep hearing is 'test feature'. I havent had adds since just before Christmas along with a lot of other players. So it makes you wonder just how many are now in the 'test feature'.

This is such a load of BS that it's a test feature. I got to a very hard level that I couldn't pass with boosters so I paid 99 cents to get extra. Lo and behold ever since I have not had ANY opportunity to gain free boosters or watch adds to get any. As soon as you pay once they take away boosters so you'll pay again. Bye bye candy crush.

Exactly the same thing happened to me last week. I play 3 King games, ALL help has since disappeared. Digusting...

When I played this game on my phone I got ads to help pass the levels but after a awhile all I got was a blank screen then I had to close the phone down and restart it, not worth doing any more, than started playing on my desktop computer and never been offered any ads, if i get stuck on a hard level i get stuck for a week or two than I will suddenly pass and move onto the next level than get stuck again, no ads for me, and I will not pay as I do not have the money.

Well I’ve been playing for many years,since it began and I’ve NEVER had any ads to help out. It is UNTRUE to say it rotates through the players. This is a feature I’ve only been aware that f because my husband has it. I’m about ready to uninstall this game! I’m tired of spending weeks on a level. It takes the enjoyment out of this game!!!!😡🤬😡🤬

Llevo 10 años jugando a cc saga, voy por el nivel 11567.Jamas tuve la opción de los anuncios para ayudarme a pasarlos. Cuando me atasco 1 semana para pasar 1 nivel me entran ganas de mandar el juego a la mierda
