No more ads/ rewards?!?!
How come I know longer have the option of being able to watch adds for extra rewards? I used to be able to watch an add for extra moves, extra lives, a ufo, move forward etc. now all of a sudden it disappeared and I’ve been stuck on the same level for a long time now. Also, I’ve been stuck on the same level for days and for some reason have less moves than others. This is so frustrating cause I have no more gold bars or boosters and now I cant watch ads for extra rewards or moves to go forward. Does anybody know how to fix thi

The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

And don't worry! You can still earned more boosters (gold bars) by in-game features/events (also contests) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels. 😉

Made the first purchase in 10 years and ads disappeared. I thought they wanted to make $$. Maybe I was wrong. King is all about charity and humanitarian compassionate. If ads don’t come back again, I’ll be my final goodbye to Candy Crush. It has become so stressful to play this game any way. It’s time to live a real life.

Same exact thing here!!! I made a $0,99 purchase for the first time in over a decade of playing the game - then all ads gone and unable to earn anything. What's the motive if not profit? I'd get boosters and everything. It's been super fun a visually pleasing. Now I guess I'll go back to real like because of my cheap self haha I'll happily play their ads all day but I guess a flash card app would be better use of time to learn something

Very frustrating. No ads loading on levels 7055-7070. Had to close the game every time I tried to watch ad, lost all my goody bags trying to get extra moves on one level and had to play 5 more levels to get my win streak started again. Definitely stressful, not relaxing. I truly believe they are trying to get me to use all of my boosters and gold out of greed. Phone is updated, app is updated, memory is sufficient- this is bull pucky.
