Candy Crush Saga

Hi. I’m trying to sort this issue out for my Mum. She’s obsessed with Candy Crush Sage. A few months ago she lost the ability to request & receive lives. Her profile pic is now missing off the game as well as all her friends pics that she would request lives off. I deleted the game and re down loaded as apparently that would fix the problem. It didn’t fix the problem and also she lost all her levels and now is back to no:1. Please help.

Hi Lea,

Are you playing through Facebook or on a phone/tablet? If she was logging in and syncing on Facebook her progress will have been saved. Not being able to send/receive live could have indicated a connection issues meaning it may have not been syncing. Reinstalling the game would have removed her old saved lives and booster as they are stored locally on a device.

There has been a recent fix for some people not able to send/receive so try uninstalling the game, powering off for 10 seconds, reinstalling the game and then logging into her with her Facebook account. This should get her back to her level and able to send to her friends. If after this she still is not at her level fill out this form here be sure to select "Gameplay/Progress" and then "I have lost my progress".

Stuck on a level
I have been stuck on a level now for almost 2 weeks, very seldom receiving extra moves I’ve been playing candy crush for ages years now reached close to 20,000 levels After all this time enjoying playing , I am to the point of considering giving it up.. it’s not as much fun anymore nor do I find it relaxing just thought…
