Why have you removed the gold bars from the episode race. It was good k ow you would get at least one for finishing it.
There are loads of other ways to get the nobbly bombs?

I was in first place at the end of the last episode race, and got nothing - zilch. Asked King.com for my gold bars, they said no, not getting.
Ah but
Very poor decison. more and more of us are quiting. without the gold bars boosters are very dufficult to get. Will quit before I will buy boosters.
The Treat Machine is a whole other story @Carol-38 and in many ways the beginning of the feature changes that see everything 'good' about the game changed to reduce the benefits of the features.

It is awful, isn't it. All I ever get from my Daily Treat Machine are Colour Bombs, they must have a stock lot to get rid of.
What annoys me about the change is that the engineers behind the change can't even be bothered to do a proper job. That is they haven't even bothered to fill the place holder with a digit to tell you how many Colour Bombs you get for coming third to fifth. Their laziness really shows how much they think of their customers.
I agree with you @Lady_Pitstop once the 1st place has been taken there's no incentive to push yourself. King have got very stingy with gold bars. @QueenB King should really re-look at this, it's another step to stop players carrying on. I mean colour bombs for 2nd to 5th place is quite pathetic. Could at least also be gold or a UFO for 2nd, and hammers or swaps for 3rd, 4th & 5th.
But the most sensible option would be gold for all.
