Hello I would like to know why on my account there are no advertisements to have extra moves or bonus.

So unfortunately, many of us will have to pay money if we want extra moves to complete a level. Whereas others only have to watch an ad or two. Hopefully King considers making this fair for everyone.
If you have purchased any packages for your game using real money this would explain why you haven't got adverts Ruby. As soon as anyone purchases anything King removes all means of obtaining free boosters and extra moves.
Sorry elename there is no way of forcing adverts into your game.
Hello. I am currently playing the game on my phone next to my SO. If I want extra moves, I am expected to buy a package. Yet my SO always gets an option to watch advertisements for extra moves. I do not understand why King lets some players continue a level for free, but make other plays pay money in order to continue a level.
hi @Alienscar, thank you for your comment. I never had the ads but I’m asking because a lot of my friends have it. Since it is an important help on progressing on the game I was wondering if there was a way to activate it.
Hello @elename and @rubyfizzle is there any particular reason you both think you should have adverts in your game?
Have you had them previously, but now lost them?
King do not deliver every available feature of the game to every single player of Candy Crush at the same time.
What this means is that if you haven't got a particular feature at the moment you might get it some time in the future. Conversely it might also mean you never get a particular feature.
Came here to look for this answer. I do not have them either.
