It is a fair point, sometimes things go south. I’m not sure whether asking for a compensation was my goal and thank you for taking a look into it.
Of course it doesn't explain it. Your report won't even be forwarded. That's why you should complain to Support directly. They won't do a thing to fix the issue but might give you a little something as a good will gesture, so ask them for compensation.
This is a known issue and could happen in other levels too. It's not that common though. Simply repeating the level should suffice. However, if you had a win streak or a Candy Royale run going, it'd be lost.
