I had problems with my account they say logout and login again.. I did.. but now my gold bars (198) are gone.. nothing helped to get them back and everytime I get the standard answer when I ask the helpdesk. anyone the same problem? Or an idea how I get them back? I am not using a new device ..
Please report this to their Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), then waiting for their contact and answer you soon. Thanks.
This isn't a new problem. It keeps happening over the years.
I assume you login with a King account.
It happened to me when I switch to a King account. I didn't get back my lost gold bars.
Anyway, I wish you good luck. This isn't your fault. Go fight for it. 💪
@QueenB/@Novapichu is there an issue with Player Support? I have emailed Support eight times and all I receive is the standard answer of 'check the Help Center, or King Community'
If you check you will see that similar to @simone1981 and myself there are several people that aren't receiving anything but the standard response from Support.
I reply 'above this line' so that can't be the issue.

I'm sure your Gold Bars have been backed up but you might be having trouble connecting to your correct account. If you happen to play on an Apple device, disconnect the game app from your Facebook account, close the game app and try clearing the Safari cache.
To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.
Restart your device, open the game app and try connecting it to your Facebook account and make sure you connect using the correct email address that you have been using to backup your game.

I'll check if there is any issues but usually we get a heads up from them if there are. You usually get a auto response first but then if you reply back stating you still need help, you should get a response within 72 hours, depending on the topic.
Have you tried replying back to the autoreply?
Hi QueenB, yes I have replied back to the autoreply eight times and each time all I have received is the standard response of 'Check the Help Center or King Community for help'
Annoyingly I got sent a feedback request after the first autoreply.

For feedback, it is normal to be redirected to the community as we make sure to pass it on to the studio as well as the Player Support Team. They just want to provide players with a space to talk and this is why you get sent here. Also, the Studio do keep an eye on what is discussed in the Community so this would be the best place to share feedback.
However, if you have issues with purchases and lost progress, you should be able to speak with an agent.
Well that is the thing @QueenB my feedback question was about the lack of updates regarding the All Stars events. As you know neither this community nor the Help Center had any updates regarding the All Stars until yesterday.
Nothing official has yet to be posted about the All Stars winners on this site.
This is the first time that King has offered a monetary prize for playing Candy Crush, so the lack of information available here or on any of their social media platforms was strange to say the least.
