Gold bars

Ordered gold bars thru piggy bank Charged but no bars. This occurred last week also. I order this frequently as u can c.. Hasn't been a issue until now. Discussed withdiscover card They suggest email to u before a dispute. Please reply email seblinn29@ embarqmail.com. The last occurrence 7/6/18. U owe me 120 bars that u already charged but I didn't receive.Order these when piggy bank is filled for 2.99..
