Hi, good evening… I have a question because I purchased over 60 to 80 gold bars and then I flew to Costa Rica and was there for a week and when I came back all the gold bars are gone. I’m not sure if it’s because I went somewhere internationally or what but I’m very confused especially because it was very expensive I made I believe three different purchases the same day. Can you please rectify this issue as fast as you can and feel free to contact me with any questions. I just set up an account so you can find me easier . I also won awards with different gifts and then gifts disappeared as well. I’m not sure what to do or how to proceed.
my User name is Raquelita1 & my game ID is 4195. This is not the first time that this has happened, something else that concerns me is I just signed into for the first time candy crush so I made an account for the first time tonight. How will you be able to see my past purchases, and progress?
Hello Raquelita, I am sorry but this isn't the right place to ask for a refund or the return of lost items to your game. This forum is just a 'fan forum' so no one here can interact with your game account in anyway whatsoever.
To see about getting your gold returned to you or at least a refund of your purchase you will have to contact either you App Store, or Player Support.
