I did not get the items I paid for!!!!

Hello. I paid cad13.99 and got shorted on gold bars and the items in the package. I had three gold bars and zero colourbombs when I purchased. I was supposed to get 50 gold bars and 2 of each item I. The package. I still have zero colour bombs and I only got 40 gold bars. It was supposed to cost 10 gold bars to add 5 moves. But now I am at 33 gold bars instead of 43. So that means I was charged 20 gold bars for 5 moves.
I have had my suspicions that I have been ripped off by you guys before and now I have confirmed it. I want the items that I was supposed to get!!!!!!!

Do you have screenshots of before and after the purchase, also of the package you were supposed to get? What about the screen where you were offered extra moves?
They've been fooling around with the extra moves offers lately, some people said.
Why does it now cost 16 Gold Bar?
