Why is there a transaction fee being applied?

For some reason, a transaction fee is being applied to any in game purchases I may make in Candy Crush. I can assure you that i will not spend any more money in this game if it is now going to cost me more that double the amount! Can you please let me know why this has happened. Thank you.
