Game has been glitching for most of the last week. I reinstalled the game and lost all of my power ups.

It also saves your friendlist and other major events' progress (Weekly Contest for example). Boosters, however, as well as received lives are only stored locally. Their explanation for this is to enable you to play offline. I find this rather lame, as I doubt many people play offline - they can't earn, nor use gold bars, to say the least. It's probably a technical matter though - on one hand, one could play on multiple devices, so they'd have to create separate copies for each device, but probably more importantly that's a lot more data being exchanged with the server. Last but not least, it's more profitable for them if you need to buy new boosters if you change devices.
At this point only iOS users can back up their boosters.
You should write to Support nevertheless. Send them a screenshot of your boosters prior reinstallation and make sure you explain well why you needed to reinstall. There's no guarantee you'll get help though - it's a matter of luck what rep you reach.

So it saves my progress, my gold bars, and my status in my chocolate box, but not my boosters? Yeah, that makes no sense.

⚠️ So please also attention when you have trouble to lose all of your inventory lives and boosters! ⚠️
1. The inventory lives and boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game!
2. The inventory lives and boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Lives and Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
They do not replace items and help you to return your inventory lives and boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to their Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so they can help. 😊

i was well on my way to completing the pins but the app restarted and now them pins tab is no longer available
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
