I know that one or two others have said the same thing about candy royale, it would seem that it's taken away from players at or near the end of the map. I still have it on my second account but that one is only around level 1200 & it's every 4 days rather than daily. It's also possible they are restricting the amount of gold bars players in the 14000s can win.
Grandma, Grandpa, Mom and Dad, all of them lost it after they reached 10000/12000. I'm having it daily.
It can be done, I've won the 500 bars twice, 250 once and 167 a few times. I lost this game around level 14000, do you still have it?
I've never won the full 500 gold bars, the highest I've got was 125 gold bars.

Do you have a screenshot of before and after successfully finishing Candy Royale?
If you believe you didn't receive your reward, feel free to write to Support and ask them to take a look. If you have a screenshot of your missed reward, they are more likely to send it to you manually.

I completed the 7 level within 24 hours twice but I got no gold bars
Did you do all 7 levels from the first try within 24 hours?
Hi @djc311 well I can only think of a few ways for you to have received zero bars.
The first is that you failed one of the seven levels and got kicked out of the Royale.
The other is that it took you longer than 24 hours to complete the seven levels. You only have 24 hours to complete all seven levels once you start the Royale.
Other than that I know that people at the end of the game map do have issues with the Candy Royale not starting, so I wonder if your issue is an extension of that
Also King seems to be having a lot of server issues and people are complaining about the game quitting when they complete a level.
Activision's servers were attacked with a DDOS this week so I wonder if this impacts King's servers in any way.
Realistically I think all you can do is contact Player Support to see if they can help you.

Hello @djc311 you would only receive 500 gold bars from the Candy Royale if you were the only player that completed all seven levels.
The Royale is a contest between 100 people over seven levels. All of the players left at the end of the seven levels receive a share of the 500 gold bars. You do not earn 500 gold bars just for completing the seven levels.
Some people have won all of the gold for being the only player left at the end of the seven levels, but it is more common that you end up having to share the gold.
If you still want to complain you can do that by emailing Player Support. You can do this by clicking on the Contact Us link that is at the bottom of this page.
