Every time a race starts in candy crush it is instantly finished with me in last place every time before I’ve even had chance to complete 1 level and I automatically lose every single time as well as not even getting the 1 gold bar your supposed to get in last place. This has been like this for months and no update seems to fix the issue, I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it still with no avail.

You are talking about the episode race? Could it be that you are not connected to the Internet when you start the new episodes? My experience of how the episode race works is that if you play most of a new episode off line and then open the game later with a Wifi connection, once you have played a few levels, that you may be placed in last place. So as a rule I make sure I have Internet when I play the first two levels, until the episode race shows up.

Hello @dan1986 unfortunately you are suffering from a longstanding issue that King don't seem interested in fixing, either that or our Moderator's aren't letting the Game Team know about the issue.
From what I can gather there is no fix for your issue and all you can do, if you want to win anything from the Race, is to create a new game account and start the game again.
By the by, there is also another version of this issue that results in a player winning every Race just by starting the first level in a Race and then closing their game. People don't complain about that one as much though.
