Hello @AnanthiMohanram I have seen other players mention your issue, but unfortunately I have never seen a fix recommended for the issue. It is one of those issues that seems to be misunderstood by King and therefore nothing gets done to fully resolve the issue.
You will need to try the standard troubleshooting techniques first to see if they help you, but from what I have read nothing seems to work.
If you play on mobile start by clearing your app cache. If you play on a PC clear your browsing history. With that done restart your device.
If that doesn't help sign out of your game, restart your device and then sign back into your game. Play any level and all of your currently available features/events will return.
If that doesn't help you can try deleting your app, restarting your device and then reinstalling your app. Doing this will mean you will lose all of your boosters though.
If none of that works you will then have to contact Player Support.
