I can't go to my last level on Chrome

I play Candy Crush Saga on Chrome browser, i'm on level 3445.

Yesterday, i see a new version blocked at level 2825, i can't recover my 3445 level

On fireFox, it's OK, i can play my 3445 level.

What happend on Chrome?

Something about HTML5?

I have the last Chrome version 67.0.3396.99 (Build officiel) (64 bits)

    I am having the same issue although I use chrome. None of my King Games will load since you switched to Gameroom.

    I have uninstall Chrome, using Ccleaner for clean windows registre.I make a new installation Chrome, now it's OKI recover my next level.

    in king site last level updated up to 2825. login facebook on google chrome and see your right side there logo candy crush saga ,just click on logo and play candy crush

    I am having same problem as original poster - game is stuck in old version on Chrome. None of the recommended solution sites provide any help. My Chrome browser is up to date and it worked fine yesterday. I scored over 500 on the browser test suggested in one of the King links. I am able to get the "current" version of the game in Safari (Mac OS) but I really would prefer to play in Chrome. KING! ARE YOU LISTENING! THERE IS A PROBLEM HERE!

    I have the same problem.  Chrome browser up to date, cache cleared, HTML5 over 500.  I can play Candy Crush Soda but not CC Saga.  My question is if I delete CC Saga from facebook and reinstall will that solve problem?  Will I lose my levels (3476) from my phone and table?

    Thank you Elsa and others for suggesting that blog post for solutions. But as I said, I don't want to use Safari or Firefox. I want to use Chrome and that is where the problem is.
