@Yessika_01bodre Hi and welcome, There is a long standing issue for some with connection issues to the store.
Please try checking your device and game is up to date, clear the cache from your browser or app store and log out and restart you device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
If not then you may need to contact customer support to see if they can look in to your issue or as a last restort you may need to reinstall , but if you do this on a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES
