We do have a community moderator but if it's about the same issue as last year, they have stopped doing that. You can tag @Jelly Jenny for any issues.

They are just supposed to be responding when you write them on this link but if you don't get any response then I don't want you to be waiting forever.

Hi Elsa, Thank you so much for your response. The link you provided didn't work though, are you able to provide again please. Yes, my boosters have been lost for good. It's been over two years of dedicating collecting and poof...all gone. I will definitely contact King and ask for a pretty please. Thanks again.

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
