Hi there @susuti Sadly what you are experiencing is the same that many players have reported here in the community: Once you spend real money they take the free adverts away. According to what I hear there is nothing you can do to bring them back, but some player do get them back eventually. Good luck!

I have asked the Candy Crush Community Manager about this as I have seen this complaint by multiple players!! I was informed that it depends on the package we have purchased!!
Do you remember what were the items in the package you bought? When did you purchase the treat? Did you receive any Ads today?

@QueenB For years people have posted on this forum how they have lost their advert features after making just one purchase. In all those years not once has a Manager of this forum informed us that the loss of the advert feature was dependant on the booster package that was purchased. In fact in all of those years the response from Moderators/Managers was to post that the loss of adverts due to purchasing was coincidental and the loss was just due to the advert feature being a test feature. One Moderator has even insisted that making a purchase does not cause the loss of the advert features.
Anecdotal though it is all the posted evidence points to the fact that it does not matter which package you buy. People have purchased some of the cheapest (0.89p) booster packages just to immediately lose their adverts.
Can you elaborate please.

I totally get that it can be upsetting when a game feature we love is removed. I can tell you that our team is committed to making the game engaging, fun, balanced, and challenging for all players.
We understand that some changes might be confusing or unpleasant, but please know that we're in constant contact with the team making these decisions and will make sure your concerns are heard and considered.
With that said, I will do my best to keep voicing out your opinions and concerns and will do my best to see how we can address these concerns.

Sorry for your loss of ads, @susuti . This is why we tell people not to spend real money because the ads for boosters and extra moves are important, to me anyway! Most times I couldn't get past levels without them!
Good luck, hopefully you'll get them back in a couple months. That's what I've read anyway.
That is not entirely the case. We had a discussion regarding a particular player who we were helping out and the discussion about purchases came up. We were discussing if it could be related to a purchase so I must have given the wrong impression that loss of adverts should only happen with particular purchase.
Anyways, I've stated before, I'm in constant contact with the team behind this feature making sure your concerns are heard and shared with them so they can take actions when they can.
