Were you logging in using a King account or Facebook login, or Apple/Google/Amazon login before?
If you have a King account, try logging in on King's website using a computer browser or "desktop view" on a mobile browser. Check the browser version too - if you see your progress there, then you were logging in via Facebook.
Do you remember your user ID? Even if you don't, you can still write to Support, tell them your e-mail address and ask them for assistance.
