All the gold bars in my mother's account have disappeared, but she received a letter that 971 gold bars have not been used yet, and the props have also disappeared. She opened the game link account from email but did not see it. I did not change my mobile phone. What should I do? help me plz
I think your mom needs to open it game on her own device. If she has not got the App any more, reinstall the App. Then she needs to play one or two levels, it may have set her back to level 1, it does not matter. Then press the cog wheel to go into Settings on the game screen. Here you are given the option to log in with email, right at the bottom. Your mom needs to log into her original account here, with her email and password of her original game. This should get her back to where the gold bars are.
