Why when I enter a new episode road I' find myself @ number 5 I never start with everyone please assist

    I don't think it is true that this is being investigated. I'd suggest actually writing an email to Support with your screenshots. It is definitely not right, unless you play for days offline and then log in once you have played the first few levels of the episode.

    😆 🤣 I always play using Wi-Fi or my own cellphone data, these challenge 🤔 started in 2021, I thought it was my iPhone but even o. ANDROID & on the laptop something happens I wanna see, if I use my other email to login and start playing from the 1st episode then I'll know & I'll email support then. Danko thanks 😊

    I support @christinewupp's opinion that the issue is not being investigated. The quoted other thread is about a totally different issue.

    Your issue is long known - been months since people started reporting it. See here for reference:

    And there's no solution. Even Support reportedly said they couldn't fix it. According to them, it's related to changing one's time & date settings. However, this can't be confirmed, and if they supposedly know the reason, then they gotta know how to fix it, which is not the case.

    Unfortunately, the always last in the Episode Race bug persists across devices. In my opinion, it's an account issue. I've seen this bug in another player's account whose account was seriously bugged - over 2300 levels of their progress weren't synced with the server, among other issues.

    When Support intervened by manually completing the unrecorded levels, everything was then OK.

    So, do write to Support and tell us what they said. You could suggest resetting your account progress and then restoring your levels manually to hopefully fix the problem.
