Hello I recently became a fan of candy crush saga and have spent quite a bit of time and money on the game during this time. I had a issue with one of the levels today level 556 to be exact. While playing this level the goal is to drop what appears to be five dinosaur in a half shell. Well needless to say the 5th never did drop into view on my first attempt. I had quite a few boosters built up along with 80 or so gold bars. I then stupidly spent $7.99 not once not twice but three times in a futile attempt to beat what should have been a easy level. I finally gave up and called it quits. I went back and played the level and it worked flawlessly I dropped all 5 dinosaurs in the first few turns.
I am asking you to please do me a solid due to the game glitching and refund me my $23.97.
Or please hook me up with some in game goodies of equal value. I understand my determination to beat level 556 was my own but I was sure that fifth dino in a half shell was going to drop down with the next turn then the next and so on....
