Finished 1st, by over 200 levels checked 1 hour before and never received anything . Why? I was first place , could you explain? Do you not win anything?

Hi Elsa, Yes that challenge is the "Weekly Challenge" Race to the top. Every Sunday the score resets. It is the challenge to see who completes the most levels in a week. It's every week and resets every Sunday.

Just click on the tab that relates to where you are playing the game. Save it and then come back here and the box where you would write you next message, just above it there are 3 icons. The middle icon is for uploading images. So you would click on that and it would open wherever you have your print screen. Click on the print screen and then load it up here.
Elsa im having the same issue but i cannot do a print screen on here i dont think
Could you possibly do a print screen and upload it here because I don't think I might be getting that challenge. I haven't seen a weekly race for the number of levels completed and rewards. Once you upload a print screen I can get a better idea of what it's all about and I can follow up with it.
Just the weekly race for amount of levels completed.

I have been in 1st place a few times for the Weekly Race but never won anything. I think this is just for show and there are no prizes to be had.

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Why did you just remove the music event from the app?? I had 18 more hours to complete and was on my last 3 laps and it just disappeared. I spent so much time and boosters just so you can do whatever you want? You’re not doing these events fairly
As stated in title. Have made sure that both apps (FB and Candy Crush) are updated. Have also tried uninstalling FB to try to login via Web browser. Nothing seems to work. Any tips?
