im on 14000 ish but now every time I open CC it goes back to 4000 ish levels I only got one star on and see if I can better it. It takes ages to scroll through. Any chance of this option

Follow what @kiara_wael has advised to get Player Support to restore your game.
In the meantime, if you have the same feature that I have in my game, click the image thumbnail, marked with red arrow in the screenshot below, you'll be back to your latest level, without scrolling.

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
