Level 4624 (and for ALL level with ice blocks)

Anyone has never noticed that the game try to suggest you some illegal moves? like, moving some ice blocks that in reality CANNOT be moved in any direction. In this level in particular, there is a situation where i cannot make any legal move, but the game continues to believe that i can, and the board doesn't refresh, making this level impossible to be beaten.

Hi Cheryl your arrow is pointing in the wrong direction. You can't move the purple out of the Ice you have to move the red candy into the Ice.

Your screenshot shows a legal move. The legal move is to move the red candy to the right swapping it with the purple candy

You have to move the red candy into the Ice to make the match. You can't move the purple candy out to make the match. That is the way Ice works.

@graz86 when it comes to Ice you can only move a candy into the Ice to make a match. You cannot select a candy that is covered in Ice and move it out of the Ice.

Therefore when the Hint suggests a move that involves Ice the Hint is ALWAYS showing you which candy to move into the Ice to make the match

In your screenshot this means that the Hint is telling you to move the red candy to the right thereby moving the purple out to make a match.

Instead of trying to move purple candy to the left, move red candy to the right, it will work. It matters how you do the move, always click on the candy not covered by ice.

Hello there, i think i've found a bug. I have observed that sometimes the game try to suggest you an illegal move, more precisely it wants you to move some candies that are inside ice blocks, which you cannot. Often you have the option to do another legal move, maybe on the opposite side of the board, but still a legal move.

But i've noticed that at high levels i often get simply STUCK. No possible legal moves at all. The game still tries to suggest you to make tris with the candies inside ice blocks, and the board doesn't refresh leaving me with the only option of restarting the level.

Please, have a look at my screenshot. See there are no legal moves, and the game still doesn't swipe the board.

Like here, tell me if you can see any legal move. The game wants me to make a tris with the purple candies on the right side (inside the ice blocks), thus suggesting that move. But i cannot make a tris with those, and there are no other legal moves.

Yup, sometimes you can make a legal move outside what the game shows you as suggested move.

Example: the game shows you to make a combination using gems inside ice blocks, but there are no usefull gems around these to mopve for this purpose. BUT you still get to make a totally different legal move on the other side of the board.

But i am pretty sure that (at high levels at least) you are left alone with no possible legal moves at all, sometimes. I will make a screen the net time i'll have the occasion. Ty!

It's never happened to me that I couldn't make a move that the game suggested. There is an oops moment sometimes, but in my lengthy Candy Crush experience, if the game doesn't "oops" then there is a legal move in there somewhere. So I suggest if it happens again you take a screenshot and post it here in the forum and maybe someone can help. If it really isn't possible to make a suggested move then sending the screenshot to the support team would be a good idea, then it's a glitch that needs fixing.

I am restricted and playing candy crush lite version due to rules and regulations I do not know why ?

Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
